CAREFUL HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CHILDREN or budding artists for that matter!

AS A YOUNG  BOY

It is said that this little Austrian boy had a brutal Dad, who cared nothing for him.
AS A YOUNG MAN
As a young man he was a competent, if uninspired painter, who could not gain admission to training in the Art Academy.

AS A YOUNG SOLDIER
As a young soldier in World War I he was dedicated and brave as a runner on the battlefield, and was Decorated for Bravery.

But  his post war experience was not good. Unemployed,in a Germany brought to her knees in excessive "Peace "reparations , and by" the Inflation" he almost stumbled into a job working for the Army to infiltrate troublesome political groups. He found the companionship and shared experience with other unemployed soldiers congenial , and showed an aptitude for gravitating toward  leadership roles and public speaking.

He had abandoned his childhood Catholic Faith and came to despise the Church but admire the great anti-Semite Martin Luther .

And the rest is unhappy history!

And to-day, 20th April,  is his Birthday - Adolph Hitler. So be careful how you treat your children. And careful how you treat budding artists! You never know what you might be starting!
